Wolf Den Policies

The Licensee shall pay all fees as stated on the invoice issued by the Wolf Den High Performance Training Facility (Facility). Regardless of the amount of notice given, in the event Licensee cancels some of or all the time contracted for, the Facility may (if able) re-rent the time. If successful in re-renting the time, a credit will be provided to Licensee for the replacement rental fees less costs to the Facility; however, the Licensee will remain responsible for any financial shortfall. No rental contracts will be entered into with any group that has outstanding fees owed to the Facility.

Renting Party (Licensee) assumes all risk of injury or damage during rental. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Den (Licensee), its owners, and staff from any claims arising from use of the facility. Organizations that book and use the Facility must provide proof of liability insurance ($2,000,000 minimum) naming "Wolf Den High Performance Facility" as additional insured. Individuals will need to sign a liability wavier either before or at the time of their rental period.

Licensee is responsible for behavior of participants and spectators. Wolf Den staff may terminate rental immediately if unsafe, abusive, or damaging conduct occurs. No refunds will be issued in this case.  

Wolf Den is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g. weather, power outages, government restrictions).
